What we publish

The Craft Gap publishes research on frontline industrial expertise: the know-how that leaves when experienced operators, maintenance technicians and process engineers retire, and how plants keep it. Every piece ends with something a plant team can try next week.

Who we write for

Operations leaders accountable for output, safety, quality and the people who deliver them, and the workforce development, learning and HR partners who build the training system with them.

A pressure gauge with a blank face above a valve, a hand reaching for the wheel.
